What causes Anal Fistula?
When the fluids released in anus get blocked or clogged a bacteria buildup creates a swollen pocket of infected tissue and liquid. It is commonly known as abscess. If not treated on time, the abscess will make its way to the outside and punch a hole in the skin somewhere near the anus so the gunk inside it can drain. The fistula is the tunnel that connects the gland to that opening.Abscess is primary cause of anal fistula. However, conditions like tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases also make way to anal fistula.
What are the treatment options available for Anal Fistula?
There is no medication available for anal fistula. The only option is to treat the fistula with surgery. The type of surgery depends upon the position of the fistula. The common surgeries are listed below Fistulotomyinvolves cutting along the whole length of the fistula to open it up so it heals as a flat scar.In Seton Technique, a piece of surgical thread is left in the fistula for several weeks to keep it open. This allows fistula to drain and heal while avoiding the need to cut the sphincter muscles. Advancement flap procedure involves cutting or scraping out the fistula and covering the hole where it entered the bowel with a flap of tissue taken from inside the rectum, which is the final part of the bowel. Bioprosthetic plug is a cone-shaped plug made of animal tissue which is used to block the internal opening of the fistula.
Varicose veins (Treatment) are enlarged, swelling, and twisting veins, often appearing blue/dark purple. They happen when faulty valves in the veins allow blood to flow in the wrong direction or to pool
They occur when the valves in the veins are not functioning properly and the blood is not flowing effectively. The veins rarely need to be treated for health reasons. However, if swelling, pain and leg pain occurs and there are significant discomforts, treatment is possible. varicose veins treatment in Hyderabad

Causes for varicose veins
The veins have one-way valves so that the blood can only travel in one direction. If the walls of the vein become stretched and less flexible (elastic), the flaps can become weaker. A weakened valve can cause blood to escape backwards and eventually flow in the opposite direction. In this case, blood may accumulate in the vein (s), which then enlarges and swells.
This is because gravity makes blood flow to the heart difficult. Any condition that puts pressure on the abdomen can cause varicose veins. For example, pregnancy, constipation and, in rare cases, tumors.
